![]() This was all in front of another guest who sat back and watched the entire humiliation take place. When I followed her to let her know she snapped that she was helping someone else then asked me questions but rudely interrupted me each time I tried to answer then snapped again that she was helping someone else. Staff walked away and immediately began helping someone else before I could tell her that I am unable to use it because the reservation was not in my name. I tried to calm her down! 3) Check out – after I waited my turn in the line I was told to use the kiosk. When I started to tell her information she needed like the reservation name, room number so forth she became defensive and nasty snapping that she was still logging in. He did not clearly answer questions and quickly dismissed us 2) Lost key – staff was agitated, irritated and down-right nasty to me when I requested a replacement, with ID in hand. 1) Check in - staff was unfriendly and acted like we were a huge burden. ![]() I made three requests my entire 5 day stay. ![]() This was seriously beyond rude it was abusive. The simplest requests from the front desk was such an awful experience for me that they had me in tears by the time checkout came. A hotel is only as good as its front desk staff.
